- Log into your support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
- Submit a new ticket
- Copy the template hereunder - Paste it directly into the ticket (no appended files)
- Add subject "Domain registration"
- Domain must end by .cg com.cg or co.cg
- Edit all the entries as needed - Provide true and verifiable information !
- Up to 10 DNS servers on the template
- IPv4 and IPv6 are accepted in case of glue record
- Send the ticket
- Instructions will be forwarded via the ticket
