Domain modification procedure

Domain modification requests are processed through our support system and, whenever possible, automatically parsed. It is therefore essential that the procedure below is followed carefully and that the template is submitted without changing its structure, field names or order.

New customers must first create a support account by submitting a new ticket through the support icon located at the lower right of our website, or directly at https://niccongo.zendesk.com.

Ticket must originate from a support account and e-mail which corresponds to the administrative and billing contact of the modified domain. Otherwise request will be discarded.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com.
2. Submit a new ticket.
3. The ticket subject must be exactly: Domain modification.
   Do not add the domain name, a ticket number, "Re:", or any other wording to the subject.
4. Copy the complete template shown below and paste it directly into the body of the ticket. Do not send the template as an attachment.
5. Only one domain name is permitted per template. If several domains must be modified, submit one complete template for each domain.
6. The domain name must end in .cg, .com.cg or .co.cg.
7. Complete all entries that are relevant to the requested modification.
   All information provided must be true, accurate and verifiable.
8. Fields that are not required for the requested modification must remain in the template and simply be left blank.
   Do not delete unused fields.
9. However if you change at least one DNS server, please provide the complete list of DNS servers in sequence (NS1, NS2, NS3…), including those that remain unchanged. Do not leave any empty field in the middle of the list.
10. Do not rename, reorder, remove or add fields, headings or sections. The template must retain exactly the same structure as shown below.
11. Up to 10 DNS servers may be specified in the template. Unused DNS server entries must be left blank.
12. Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are accepted where an IP address is required for a glue record.
13. The two acceptance statements at the end of the template must both be completed with the word Yes.
14. Review the completed template carefully and submit the ticket.
15. Further instructions, confirmation or requests for clarification will be communicated through the support ticket.

N.B. If both the Administrative Contact and Billing Contact are modified, the request is considered a change of delegation. Please refer to our Terms and conditions.
