In order to open a ticket :
- Sign up for a support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
or
- Send an email to : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The system will then verify your e-mail address and you can secure your account with a password.
You must activate your account by replying to the activation email otherwise your ticket will not be answered.
